Talent Club for the Dub

Talent Club is a special club on campus that allows a variety of students to show off their talents.

“The club comes together every week before and after school to share and celebrate each other’s talents and gift,” Talent Club sponsor Mr. Yerger said.”Our students also practice and improve their abilities, so it’s a cool place for learning new things.”

Talent Club is a place where students can all join together, and any new people are given the rules and shown what we do. When you enter the room, if you want to sing to people or show off your talent, you put your name down and choose the song you want to sing. While people sing, others dance and sing along with them. Some other things they do is talk or if you want to just chill and watch people show off their talents, you can do that as well. Talent club is a great place to meet new people and make friends: overall, it’s just a lot of fun because everybody is friends with one another and has a blast.

“I sing, I try to dance a little, and I like to DJ. I have been in talent club for 3 years and I’m the official lead DJ,¨ Junior Abby Tonk said.

“My favorite thing about the talent club is I get to meet new people and express myself around dorks,” Senior Waylon Gilsdorf said.

“I’ve been in talent club for 3 years and my favorite thing about it is the sense of community,” Junior Mayson Reed said.
