Do you ever recognize your mindset? Growth or Fixed. Fixed is the negative mindset, where you think everyone is always gonna be better than you, there’s no use in trying, you’re dumb, etc. Growth mindset is where you find growth, don’t focus on others, and grow for yourself to see improvement.

“I definitely have a growth mindset. I love challenging myself and seeing progress. I know my abilities (mental and physical) can change with effort and goals. Any setback I have is a new challenge for me to conquer!
I would never change my mindset. I believe having a fixed mindset limits what you can accomplish in life. Life is not as fulfilling and rewarding with a fixed mindset. That’s just my opinion…I’m sure there are others who disagree, and that is okay!” Girls Coach, Mrs. McDonald said.

“A fixed mindset because I believe there are smart and dumb people.” Freshman Levi R said.

“I have a fixed mindset because…idk I just do” Freshman Bellana O’ said.

“Fixed because everyone has the ability to do dumb stuff.” Freshman Elias J said.

“Fixed because I’ll try when I want to, even though I know I’m capable.” Sophomore Grant J said.

“Growth because I love to challenge myself and see others try.” Freshman Lyla P said.

“Probablyyy fixed.” Freshman Ashlee H said.
